Refund Policy

All Lunexis VPN Premium subscriptions are sold and billed by Google Play. That means refunds are processed by Google, not by us — but we'll help you get one where it's warranted.

1. Who processes refunds

Premium is an in-app subscription purchased through Google Play Billing. Google is the merchant of record. Lunexis does not receive, hold or process your payment details and cannot charge or refund your card directly. Refunds are therefore granted and paid out by Google, under the Google Play refund policy.

2. How to request a refund

Option A — Directly from Google (fastest)

  1. Go to play.google.com/store/account/orderhistory.
  2. Find the Lunexis VPN charge and select Request a refund or Report a problem.
  3. Choose the reason and submit. Google usually decides within a few business days.

Purchases are typically automatically refundable within 48 hours of purchase directly in Google Play. After that window, Google reviews the request case by case.

Option B — Ask us to support your request

If Google declines and you believe the refund is justified, email support@lunexis.org with:

  • Your Google Play order ID (format GPA.xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxx) — found in your Play Store order history or purchase receipt email;
  • The date of purchase;
  • A short description of the problem.

Where the request is reasonable, we will submit a refund recommendation to Google on your behalf. Final approval remains Google's decision.

3. When we support a refund

  • The subscription was purchased by mistake and reported promptly.
  • Premium features did not unlock and support could not resolve it.
  • A defect in the app made the Service substantially unusable for you and we could not fix it.
  • You were charged more than once for the same billing period.
  • An unauthorised purchase was made on your Google account (report this to Google immediately).

4. When we generally don't

  • You forgot to cancel before an automatic renewal and the period has been largely used.
  • You changed your mind after substantial use of the subscription period.
  • Your country blocks VPN protocols entirely, or your ISP/network throttles or blocks the tunnel — we cannot control these conditions.
  • A specific third-party service (a streaming platform, bank or game) blocks VPN traffic. Lunexis VPN does not promise access to any specific service.
  • Speeds are lower than you hoped. Throughput depends on your own connection, distance and server load; no specific speed is guaranteed.
  • The request relates to a suspension caused by a breach of our Acceptable Use rules.

5. Cancelling is not the same as refunding

Cancelling stops future renewals but does not refund the current period — you keep Premium until the paid period ends. To cancel: Google Play Store → profile icon → Payments & subscriptionsSubscriptionsLunexis VPNCancel subscription.

Uninstalling the app does not cancel your subscription. You must cancel through Google Play.

6. EU / UK statutory withdrawal rights

If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services. By starting to use Premium immediately after purchase, you may be asked to acknowledge that you lose that right once the service has been fully performed. Nothing in this policy limits your mandatory statutory rights, including rights relating to services that are faulty or not as described.
